Elektra is the new musical project of Marti di Stefano and Deise Mikhail. After Red Fish and Tape On, the Parisian duo is back with a new album and ... a new name.

Hailing from Madagascar and southern europe, Elektra is a sound laboratory mixing elements of strong rock, electro, ambient, noise and anything else crossing their minds. Above all, each song is based on a huge guitar riff.

December 2012 : New version release.

Elektra took advantage of the freshness of the summer to refine the album before the release CD.
New arrangements (3 tracks), additional production, (4 tracks) ,new mixes (11 tracks), new mastering.

Mr Moog and Mr Theremin : a tribute to the two fathers of electronic music

We wanted to pay tribute to the inventors of electronic instruments such as Robert Moog and Léon Theremine (Lev Sergueïevitch Termen), two geniuses.
Start the song with an acoustic guitar sound and complete with electronic sound seemed obvious to us, it was our way of saying that electronic instruments were as noble as acoustic instruments.
